A Cold IPA brewed with Cascade and Centennial in the base, and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe for bold citrus and pine aromas. Nara-grown rice and corn grits are used as adjuncts alongside a lager yeast for a lighter, crisper body than a typical IPA. Clean, hoppy, and highly refreshing — perfect for the humid rainy season and approaching summer heat.
