A collaboration with Holy Mountain Brewing of Seattle, this Fruited Sour Double IPA is brewed with Sabro, Citra, and Mosaic hops and conditioned with ruby grapefruit juice and hibiscus. It pours a beautiful pale pink-orange with vibrant citrus aromas layered over juicy grapefruit fruit character. Hibiscus adds a gentle tartness and pleasant astringency that rounds out the finish for an approachable, highly drinkable beer.
