Brewed to celebrate the second anniversary of Kobe Italian restaurant cucina akairo, this farmhouse ale features beets grown in Himeji, Hyogo, and bay leaf, dry-hopped with New Zealand hops. Beets were prepared using three different cooking methods to fully express their earthy sweetness and depth, which harmonizes beautifully with the farmhouse's tropical and herbal notes. NZ hop dry-hopping adds a gentle pink grapefruit citrus quality, yielding an elegant, food-friendly crimson ale.
