A limited collaboration IPA brewed with Takamura, a popular Osaka coffee roaster known for their original roasting techniques. This iteration features Colombia Forest Pink Bourbon coffee beans, lightly roasted to highlight their natural fruit-like sweetness, delicate floral notes, and tropical character. American hops provide citrus-forward aromas that intertwine seamlessly with the vibrant, fruit-forward coffee flavors, all underpinned by a soft wheat malt base at 6.0% ABV and 40 IBU.
