A revival of a birthday beer brewed for DD4D head brewer Mike's third daughter Emma, this Hazy IPA leads with elegant French lavender aromatics. Hop-driven notes of citrus, peach, and coconut intertwine with the lavender, complemented by a moderate acidity. Lactose is used for a smooth mouthfeel, yet the beer remains refined and not overly sweet.
