A hoppy and juicy strawberry IPA brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat malt, oats, and lactose, aiming for a strawberry milk-like character. Approximately 20kg of Shizuoka-grown Akihime strawberries were pureed and added during fermentation. Hops include Saaz, Simcoe, Citra, and Ekuanot, whose berry and tropical fruit flavors complement the fresh strawberry aroma.
