Columbus provides a clean bitterness base, while Centennial and Simcoe add classic American citrus and pine resin character, and Strata and Mosaic contribute modern tropical nuances. The result is a cohesive, hop-forward beer with gentle citrus up front and a satisfying sustained bitterness.
