A light-bodied British-style Brown Ale built on a Maris Otter base with Amber, Brown, Crystal Medium, and Chocolate malts that deliver lightly roasted, nutty, and caramel notes. EKG hops are used sparingly for bittering to balance the malt sweetness. Despite its malty character, the body stays clean and easy-drinking rather than heavy or cloying.
