Korpokkur is a collaboration saison between NOMCRAFT Brewing (Wakayama) and a Hokkaido brewery, brewed with young spruce tip shoots (Picea jezoensis) harvested in Hokkaido. The spruce tips impart a refreshing, coniferous aroma reminiscent of northern forests, complemented by a subtle strawberry-like fruity note. Home-grown rye and a blend of pilsner and Vienna malts round out this evocative, forest-inspired farmhouse ale.
