A fruit cider brewed with Iwate-grown apples (early harvest, Tsugaru, Sansa varieties) blended with French strawberry, raspberry, and lemon. Fermented with a Farmhouse/Saison yeast and left unfiltered and unpasteurized, it delivers vibrant berry aromas and a refreshing lemony acidity. A limited-edition release crafted for the Morioka Summer Garden event.
