A limited-release Italian Pilsner originally born from a collaboration with Oxbow Brewing's Tim from Maine, USA, now reimagined under the new name 'Haikara Pils.' German noble hops — Hallertau Spalter Select, Hallertau Hallertau, and Hallertau Tradition — are used generously both during the brewing process and as a dry hop addition, yielding a soft malt character with an elegant, full hop aroma. Unfiltered and carefully fermented and conditioned, it finishes clean with a pleasant light bitterness at 5.5% ABV and 35 IBU.
