A collaborative limited brew between Minoh Beer and YOROCCO BEER, KOMPAS is a saison-inspired sour ale generously conditioned with fresh Japanese plum (sumomo) from Yahata Farm in Wakayama. Saison yeast contributes complex, elegant aromatics, while the plum imparts a gentle, well-integrated tartness and fruity character. Light malt body and high drinkability make it an ideal warm-weather beer.
