A rosé-colored spiced saison inspired by traditional Spanish sangria, created in collaboration with Spanish chef Nishimura. Features saison yeast character layered with grape fruitiness and spices like star anise, cinnamon, and cloves. At 7% ABV, it has a dry body with light mouthfeel and complex aromatic depth.
