Fermented with a house yeast that contributes stone fruit and pear aromas, the beer opens with a juicy, fruit-forward attack before transitioning into a firmly bitter, dry finish. Clean and crisp with excellent drinkability, it is the hoppiest and bitterest beer in the Himitu Beer lineup.
