A fruit-forward sour ale brewed with three varieties of house-grown strawberries — Hoshiurara, Benihoppe, and Koiminori — along with hibiscus for natural pink coloring. The beer finishes dry with a rounded, refreshing acidity that highlights the fresh, juicy character of the strawberries without being overly tart or sweet. Malted with Pilsner, Wheat Malt, and Flaked Oats, and hopped with Strata CGX.
