HINOKO is a sustainable craft beer born from the collaboration with Watanabe Distillery in Tano-cho, Miyazaki. Roasted barley previously used to infuse the mugi shochu spirit 'Hidama' is repurposed as a brewing ingredient, carrying its rich toasted aroma and character into this Altbier. The result is a complex, malt-forward ale with roasty depth and a story of resourceful craftsmanship.
