Seek is a West Coast IPA built on a pilsner malt base with rye malt for body and a touch of spice, plus Spitz malt for head retention. Citra and Mandarina Bavaria hops are used in equal measure for whirlpool and dry hopping, delivering a vibrant range of citrus aromas — grapefruit, mandarin, orange, and a hint of lemon. A small addition of homegrown sudachi juice adds a subtle local citrus accent, balanced by a pleasant residual sweetness against the firm 52 IBU bitterness.
