A creative "New England Weizen" that merges the hazy, juicy character of NEIPA with the fruity banana and clove notes of a South German Hefeweizen. Oats are added alongside wheat malt for a silky mouthfeel and deep haze, while a unique dual dry-hopping technique—including hot wort used for krausening—yields refined, rounded citrus aromas of grapefruit and lemon from locally grown and German Cascade hops. At 5.0% ABV, it is sessionable yet richly expressive.
