A Double IPA inspired by amber (elektron), referencing the fossil-rich city of Mizunami in Gifu Prefecture where the brewery is located. Brewed with Krush, Simcoe, Nectaron, and Kashmir hops, it showcases a complex amber color with aromas of pine, berry, and dank earthiness. Despite a striking IBU of 150, the bitterness is pleasant and harmonizes with rich malt character, enhanced further by a high-aroma dry-hopping technique developed by a young brewer.
