A light and dry wheat ale brewed with 100 kg of fully ripened white peach (Kawanakajima Hakuho) from Shimizu Farm in Nagano, partially processed with skin on to preserve the fruit's natural aroma and freshness. Brewed with organic malt and wheat malt for a soft mouthfeel and hazy appearance, then dry-hopped with Strata Cryo and Mosaic Cryo to add tropical and stone fruit nuances without excess sweetness. At only 3% ABV, it offers a delicate peach aroma with a clean, dry finish.
