A collaborative fruit beer brewed with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from Sadoya Winery's vineyard, aged for over six months in oak barrels. The extended barrel maturation adds depth and complexity to the wine-beer hybrid, resulting in rich, layered flavors. A rare and limited release with only five kegs produced.
