西条のご当地グルメとなった「てっぱんナポリタン」に合うビールとして、西条市の老舗洋食レストラン「マルブン」さんと一緒にレシピを設計しました。ライトなペールエールをベースに、愛媛県産「早生みかん」の果実と皮をアクセントに漬け込みました。軽くありながら、薄くはない。まさに、食中酒として「テッパン」な一杯です。
