An autumn-themed ale brewed with osmanthus (kinmokusei), elderflower, German chamomile, Timur pepper (Nepalese Sichuan pepper), star anise, oolong tea leaves, caramel malt, and amber malt. These botanicals are added during the wort to evoke the oriental beauty of autumn. At 5% ABV, it is fragrant, layered, and inspired by the Chinese legend of the moon goddess and her celestial osmanthus tree.
