A special collaboration with Hokkaido's "Soratoshiba" featuring Hong Oolong tea. The beer combines the tea's ripe fruit and honey-like aromas with roasted malt-derived biscuit and woody notes. Both hot and cold extraction methods are used to capture the tea's deep aroma, resulting in a smooth, astringency-free, mature taste.
