A White IPA named after the Belgian folklore figure of the white witch, brewed with Belgian yeast and an assertive American hop lineup including Meridian, Amarillo, Cascade, Cashmere, and Chinook. The Belgian yeast contributes spicy, phenolic aromatics that intertwine with vibrant citrus and tropical fruit notes from the hops. Flaked wheat and wheat malt lend a soft, hazy body at 7.0% ABV.
