Part of the Shinshu series, this fruit ale is brewed with an abundance of freshly harvested ripe tomatoes from Nagano City, grown through Japan Post's 380PROJECT (Sayamaru Project). A touch of salt has been added to gently accent the drinking experience. The result is a subtly tomato-scented ale with a light and approachable character.
