A clean, crisp New Zealand IPA brewed with Pilsner malt and a touch of corn for a pale, refreshing finish, with a small addition of American Munich malt for body. Hopped with Riwaka, Motueka, Kohia Nelson, and Manalita, delivering layers of tropical citrus, passionfruit, fresh lime peel, pink grapefruit, and red berry sweetness. Fermented at low temperature with a late addition of NZ hops to maximize fresh peach and stone fruit character.
