A collaborative brew between Minoo Beer and Akishika Brewery, this Japanese Rice Brut uses 10% rice koji from sake brewing. Fermented with saison yeast and featuring subtle hop character, it offers rice flavors, complex saison notes, and ginjo-like aromatics with an extremely dry finish.
