A fruit ale brewed with bayberries (yamaomo) from Kumano Berry in Kamitonda-cho, Wakayama, combined with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. The result is a vibrant, delicate beer with white grape-like aromatics from the hops, a refreshing tartness and juicy fruitiness from the bayberries, and a pleasant tannic finish. Best enjoyed in a wine glass, it pairs well with white fish carpaccio and fresh cheeses.
