A special 2nd anniversary beer from Craft Ale Chigira, brewed with blackberries and local sake lees (from Kondo Brewery / Akagisan). The blackberry fruit character is complemented by a gentle richness from the sake lees, resulting in a mellow, rounded ale. Despite its fruit-forward profile, acidity is kept mild — this is not a sour ale.
