A robust, full-bodied Czech pale lager brewed in the export style with two traditionally floor-malted Bohemian malts — Pilsner and Dark — mashed via the time-honored decoction method for a rich, bready character. Hopped with Saaz Special and whole-cone Saaz for elegant, herbal, and floral aromatics with a subtle fruity note. Fermented with a Czech state-brewery-lineage lager yeast for a crisp yet malt-forward finish balanced by soft water.
