Azahar — meaning 'citrus blossom' in Spanish — is a seasonal saison brewed in collaboration with MAQUILA TOKYO, inspired by a legendary beer once tasted in Seville. Hand-picked Iyokan blossoms from Gogoshima Island were carefully frozen to preserve their delicate aroma, then added to a hop-forward base of Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe, allowing the floral notes to gently complement rather than dominate. The result is a refined, dry saison with vibrant citrus aromatics and a soft, lingering floral finish.
