A West Coast IPA themed after bonsai culture from Kagawa Prefecture. Brewed with Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops on the hot side, and dry hopped with Citra CRYO, Centennial, and Amarillo for powerful bonsai-like character with herbal freshness and bright citrus notes. Complex malt blend creates a full body with depth, finished drier and sharper than previous versions at 7.0% ABV.
