A farmhouse ale brewed with locally grown wheat 'Yukichikara' from Agano City, designed around the theme of refreshing, quenching coolness. The wheat imparts a soft aroma while traditional saison yeast adds characteristic spicy, earthy notes, resulting in a highly drinkable and thirst-quenching beer. Hopped with Columbus, Crystal, and Hallertau at 35 IBU.
