It honors Ritsunosuke Tamura, the pioneering figure who introduced two-row barley cultivation to Tochigi Prefecture in the Meiji era. Hopped with Hallertau Saphir, Hersbrucker, and Northern Brewer, it delivers a solid malt character with a crisp, refreshing finish.
