PICANTE — Spanish for 'spicy' or 'hot' — is a Jalapeño Sour Ale brewed with oats and wheat malt as its base, then loaded with fresh Iwate-grown jalapeños sourced from Hige Farm. The result is a bright, grassy jalapeño aroma with a gentle prickling heat that harmonizes beautifully with the beer's lively acidity. Hopped with Motueka and Vista, it pairs exceptionally well with grilled meats and spiced dishes.
