The sixth installment of HOP KOTAN's epana Coffee Ale series, based on an Ordinary Bitter with restrained alcohol. Brazilian Premium Chocolate coffee beans, slow-matured under Hokkaido snow for two months, are used in a dry-beaning process during fermentation to extract a clean, rounded coffee aroma reminiscent of iced coffee. Biscuit malt provides gentle toast and nutty notes, while hops play a supporting role to keep the overall balance fresh and approachable.
