Blumenael is the official beer of Blume no Oka agricultural park in Hino-cho, Shiga. It is brewed with premium Pilsner and Vienna malts and fermented with a wild yeast (Lachancea meyersii) isolated from rhododendron flowers at the local Watamuki Shrine. Rare Polish hops Magnat and Tomyski lend a delicate floral aroma and clean, crisp bitterness at 4.5% ABV.
