Farmhouse 2025 is a Brett-influenced Farmhouse Ale brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops and black pepper, aged for approximately six months after brewing in December 2024. Brettanomyces yeast creates a lightly bodied, highly carbonated beer with fruity complexity and a pleasantly funky character. Expect a dry finish with spicy aromatics, subtle citrus notes, and a gentle acidity.
