An experimental pale ale brewed with locally sourced wheat, naked barley, and citrus making up roughly half the grain bill. Three varieties of mikan (Japanese mandarin) are used generously in place of a larger hop addition, lending a fresh, juicy character. The result is a pleasantly rustic beer with harmonious sweetness from the wheat and bright citrus aroma.
