Back
A crisp and refreshing citrus saison brewed in support of the Yosakoi Soran dance team 'Basara Mizunami'. Local Kamado-cho lemons provide a bright, zesty aroma and pleasant acidity that harmonizes with the spicy character of saison yeast. Malt presence is intentionally restrained, resulting in a light yellow, highly drinkable beer with a clean finish.
