A collaboration with Pukupuku Brewery, this makgeolli-inspired sour ale is brewed using koji made from in-house grown rice, giving it a distinctive tangy, rice-forward character. Fukushima-grown peaches are added to complement the lactic sourness with delicate stone fruit sweetness. A unique fusion of Korean brewing tradition and Japanese craft beer.
