A light and dry grisette brewed with kabuse-cha (shaded green tea) from Wazuka, Kyoto, fermented with Belle Saison yeast. The low-alcohol, crisp finish is followed by the soft umami and verdant character of the kabuse-cha, leaving an elegant aftertaste reminiscent of cold-brewed tea.
