Siren is a West Coast IPA brewed with Pale Ale Malt, Northstar Pils, and Wheat Malt, hopped generously with Cascade (NZ), Riwaka Diesel, Citra, locally grown Cascade from Kamifurano, and Chinook. It pours clear with a bold, resinous aroma of passionfruit, grapefruit, and pine. A firm bitterness and clean, refreshing finish make this IPA endlessly drinkable.
