A collaboration between brewer Hiroyuki Fujiwara and Shonan Beer's Tsutsui as part of the 'Hiroyuki Tank' series, this Fresh Hop IPA showcases Columbus and Chinook hops grown in Yosano. Built on a German malt base, careful fermentation and conditioning bring out a crisp, clean character with vivid floral and hop aromatics.
