A creative craft ale brewed with a flower yeast isolated from sunflowers at Tokyo University of Agriculture, originally developed for sake production. The grain bill of Pilsner, Cara Pils, and Cara Hell malts is complemented by white koji and glucose, with Merkur and Azacca hops adding subtle bitterness at IBU 21. The result is a bright, fragrant ale with rich floral aromas, a gentle sweetness, and a smooth, easy-drinking character.
