A hybrid wheat lager made with Peruvian yellow wheat that combines the silky texture of wheat with the clean, crisp finish of a lager. Light and refreshing with a smooth mouthfeel, designed to be highly drinkable. This concept beer was created in collaboration with Peruvian restaurant De La Concha.
