An English-style ESB inspired by the classic ales of British pubs, built around Crisp floor-malted Maris Otter as its base malt. Rich biscuit and toffee flavors from Simpson's crystal and biscuit malts are complemented by soft, herbal bitterness from European hops and fruity esters from an English ale yeast. Slightly lower carbonation gives a silky, cask-like mouthfeel that rewards leisurely sipping.
