Pollux is a Modern IPA named after the brightest star in the Gemini constellation, brewed with oats and wheat for a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Hop additions are carefully layered: Superdelics in the whirlpool and first dry-hop bring cherry, berry, and candy-like sweetness, while Strata and Mosaic in a second dry-hop add dank, resinous depth. The result is a complex, multi-layered hop aroma of tropical fruit, strawberry, and berries, with a clean, gentle bitterness on the finish.
