Roggenhund is a Rye IPA inspired by the German folkloric spirit of the rye field dog. Brewed with home-grown rye alongside Munich and Pale Ale malts, it features hop-driven aromas of papaya, melon, and pine from a blend including McKenzie, Cascade, Chinook, and Super Pride hops. The rye adds a gentle sweetness that harmonizes with the light, refreshing body.
